THE CLIENT

StrategyCorps leadership team uses their years of experience working with financial institutions, proprietary analysis tools, and consumer research to deliver analytics, strategic insights, and checking products to financial institutions looking to expand consumer relationships.

THE PROBLEM

The accounting team at StrategyCorps had to manually create their own invoices on a monthly basis. Before working with Topsis Consulting, the team would manually look up users of their clients from the previous month, build a report in excel and then send to the client to input current months user data. Once the report was sent back to the accounting team at StrategyCorp, they would then enter that spreadsheet information manually into Quickbooks and send the invoice back to the client.

THE TOPSIS SOLUTION

Topsis Consulting was able to leverage the power of Salesforce Experience Cloud which gave StrategyCorps the ability to spin up a low-code client facing portal within a matter of days. This portal allows clients to login and view their current month's usage report which was automatically generated for them based on last month's numbers. Once the client updates their current month's usage data within the portal and it’s approved by the StrategyCorps accounting team, that report would then automatically integrate with Quickbooks to create an invoice. Lastly, Quickbooks would send the invoice back into Salesforce and automatically fires a notification to the billing contacts on the account letting them know their invoice is ready to be paid. This eliminated the need for the passing back and forth of stale Excel spreadsheets as well as the ability to report on account usage data in Salesforce, which was top priority for StrategyCorps.
