THE PROBLEM
BlueWhale was searching for a more efficient way to assign account and contact data to their representatives based on territory. Having Salesloft Integration already in place, they needed ownership of said data to automatically and correctly be assigned to the rep.
THE TOPSIS SOLUTION
Built a custom lightning application that allows the Sales Managers to update a state to user mapping. Once the mapping is updated it goes through and updates all of the Contacts owners to their new owner based on territory. This allows the Sales managers to quickly shift territories as their company continues to grow and add for Sales Reps.
